Someone along the line. With all the stupid charting and billing we have to take care of, small clerical errors can happen. I promise you’ll have a better experience if you don’t go in guns blazing. Just let them clear it up.
Pediatricians have a pretty thankless job that’s low compensation for all the hrs and risk they take on. Be nice to them. 🙂
