Ok. Now try working for that system AND having to deal with it as a customer
as well.

So whatever you’re experiencing we are too as patients/customers.

I’m a W2 employee of that system (which would be unthinkable in nearly every other profession) that doesn’t get benefits. So I’m paying $2100 a month for insurance and have to deal with the same crappy system when trying to get care for myself/family.
