From the OP, it was just "a well-child visit with 'no abnormal findings.'"
The doctor allegedly billed for second visit costing an extra $700, I would guess in hopes that the insurance company would just pay it and he could pad his bottom line.
It would seem that you believe this is a standard, moral, and necessary way for doctors to stay in business. And you believe doctors should add whatever codes they can possibly imagine to try and make a few more bucks.
