I think the opposite. Weighing every day consistently gives you a better idea
Of how your weight fluctuates and then you don’t ‘panic’ when you hit one of those higher days when you only weigh once a week. That is if you are trying to use your weight as a gauge of health or if you are trying to lose fat consistently.
