That is terrible advice. The most accurate weigh to measure your weight is take the 7 day average and compare to your
previous 7 day average.

That is the most accurate your going to get. Once a week is not good, that is almost going to be 100% based on what you ate the day/night before.

Weigh yourself the same time/routine every single day and take the weekly average. Compare to the previous week.
