Physicians made the mistake decades ago allowing 3rd parties to govern what they get reimbursed for services.

These 3rd parties, from a physician standpoint, pretty much all suck.

The dentists have been much smarter. 3rd parties don’t dictate to dentists what they get reimbursed for their work (for the most part)
