and I think running the 4.55 pushes him more towards the 3rd round. There is still an outside chance he could go late in the 2nd round, or drop to the 5th round but that is unlikely.
Yes there were alot of guys that ran faster 40's then him, but a 4.55 is a good 40 time so it's not like he is slow. And Collie runs better routes, has better footwork, better hands, better instincts then most WR's in the draft, and those things will help to negate the speed advantage those guys have.
