And what does that have to do with Collie anyways? Absolutely nothing. Collie from all accounts is having a decent combine, Harline sucked it up.
Yes other WR's may have faster 40's then Collie, but how many of them run routes as well as Collie? how many of them have the footwork he does? How many of them have better hands? How many of them have his instincts? or knack for making big plays?
BTW Collie has burned alot of DB's who run a faster 40 then he does, but he had no problem getting behind them because he has football speed, and because of his excellent footwork.
