Collie will fall to the late 6th round to early 7t
Based on three things his 40 time which is not impressive to scouts, reputation of past BYU WR's that have gone to the NFL, the fact Collie is 24. Collie is also short for an NFL WR at 6'1, most NFL typical WR are 6'3

Many Scouts have said Collie is not a deep threat will not beat you over the top, his number are inflated because of BYU's system and not his overall talent. Scouts also said that Pitta being doubled team is the real reason for Collies numbers. Disagree all you want but Utah's Sean Smith did a great job containing Collie and it was not until Sean left the game for the entire 3rd quarter that Collie caught most of his catches.

Where would Collie fit in as a WR for most NFL teams? Probably as a third down WR playing in the slot because Collie does have good hands and runs great routes. Who is going to waist a 3 or 4th round pck on a third down WR when you can get on in the 6th or 7th round or even in free agency.
