USC, historically, may not quite be on the level Pete put them on, but they are usually not what they were before he got there too.

USC, UCLA and UW have advantages the others don't. IF they get their act together, they can dominate the conference. But UCLA hasn't had its act together for a very long time. And UW is still recovering from their last couple mistakes in coaching.

We'll see if Sark pans out for them.
