are exploring as an option. I'm not sure it is "in the works". An AQ MWC would be far better than independence. I don't see BYU going to independence unless they knew for certain the AQ MWC was absolutely dead. We have to keep our options open though, and that would be one of them. If it happened, I would very much prefer to stay in the MWC for other sports instead of the WAC. The WAC has a lot of travel headaches with Hawaii and La Tech. Staying in the MWC for other sports would be better, if the conference would allow it.
