Sir, I've watched the Max Hall comments, I know what he said. I'm sorry you're offended that he hates archrivals that pour beer on his family. Maybe the right thing for him to do is love archrivals that pour beer on his family.

But it doesn't get much more classless than running out and shoving around the team you just beat. If Max Hall did that last year, than that's classless too.

I am fine with the outcome of the game. I'm fine that the fumble wasn't reversed -- blown calls happen on both sides. I personally think BYU was the better football team and gave the game away, but they were both evenly matched. It was a great game to watch. I congratulated the Ute fans I was with as we watched Utah fans storm the field. That's great.

What makes me irate is watching the Mountain switching views because every camera angle contains some embarrassing example of poor sportsmanship. They had to switch away from Martinez going after Payne. Then there was the axing of a bloody BYU helmet. Then it was several Utah players chasing down BYU players leaving the field. Then it was the posters about Joseph Smith and the Mormons. Then it was the fans yelling "F*** BYU!" during Bronco's interviews and dumping snow on the interview.

Be a fan for Utah; they're a great team with some exciting history and a promising future. But for crying out loud show some class and quit defending that immaturity.
