is probably modifying LES so that it is a full wrap around stadium. The 4-stands setup is outdated. Probably wouldn't be terribly difficult to do if we can get the money for it.. and from the sound of things, BYU can get the money. It doesn't increase the team's ability to compete but it'd be nice if expansion is considered.
