Utah range = 6-6 to 10-2. BYU = 6-6 to 10-2
I think both will come out around 8-4 given the schedules.

BYU playes too many teams on the road. Ole Miss (although they are bad and BYU should win), Texas, Oregon St., TCU, Hawai'i.

Plus 2 good teams at home. Utah and UCF.

No way, BYU only loses 2 games. I like your optimism but BYU won only one road game last season. That was against a terrible CSU team. I know it is a new year but it is a much more difficult schedule than most any year I can remember for BYU. Even Bronco has disclaimed this season due to the road games.

Note: UTEP was a true neutral site. TCU will not be a true neutral site. TCU will not have to travel, they will have a full week of practice and it is a place they have played fairly recently. In addition, they will have a chance to practice at the venue some that week.

TCU replaces a lot of players but they 'reload' with the best of them. Yes Dalton is gone but the defense will be very good. BYU has only scored 17 total points combined in 3 games against them. That includes two seasons where Max Hall was QB, and he had lots of weapons and way better RBs than BYU has today. 2008 BYU had 23 yards rushing, 2009 = 110 yards rushing but that was Ungan and, 2010 = 56 yards rushing. If you can't run the ball you won't score much. It is simple.
