It's been more yrs than you probably remember since BYU athletics had to borrow from the general fund. That was before BYU raised funds for the IPF and Legacy Hall. It was also before BYU took 1000 seats on the East side to create high $$ section. It was also before BYU started endowing all of their athletic scholarships. I don't see BYU ever going back to the days of borrowing from the general fund.
