FOX/ESPN tv revenue, is the only revenue the original poster calulated. He/she didn't take into account the PAC 12 Network $$$ or the BCS $$$ that will also be split equally between the member schools annually.

It may not be exactly 30 but between 20-30 and closer to 30 are some common estimates by the PAC 12, not Utah fans per se.

By the way, Utah received $2.2mm for the championship game. Fox made a deal for this year with the PAC for that game and 1/12th was $2.2mm.

Regardless, even the $2.2 for the championship game along with what KJAZZ paid, is much more than what the MWC paid us. And we get to play much better schedules now.
