its not happening. utah wants no part in it. perhaps if
they start to struggle for a few years in the pac and they need an energy jolt to their fanbase, they'll start it up again. but they don't want it.
not saying their fans don't want it. and some of their AD office wants it. but the coaches don't. and some AD office folks don't. so its not gonna happen.
