I'm just saying that USC only has 3 OOC slots just like Utah, and they recognize how important rivalries are in college football. Utah apparently thinks FCS games or games against weaker FBS teams are important. Even B1G schools will continue their rivalry with ND even though they only have 3 OOC games to schedule as well. Utah seems to be taking the wussy way out by going for the sure wins instead of keeping a great and natural rivalry going.
