You're comparing BYU-Utah to ND-USC?

There's no comparison. The CU-CSU is a poor comparison also. I don't know of a good comparison; I don't think it exists. As for USC, they don't play FCS opponents and have no problem getting home-and-outs from teams when they want to. USC always seems to have a very tough schedule; all AQ schools except one non-AQ.
