To compete with Oregon, USC, etc. of the Pac-12 that's what it's going to take. The Utah Jazz can pay their players to come and play and Utah and can't do it, what makes you think that Utah can convince some top 100 athlete (consistently) to play in SLC? Not going to happen. Being the big fish in a small(er) pond has it's privileges. Utah is now a small fish in a big pond and thinks they're going to compete year-in and year-out? Call me skeptical, but I don't see it happening. They won 2 BCS games in a small pond, maybe that was their 'business model'. You can't be something you aren't. Just don't see it happening. Sorry.
