Did you even read my original post?
Here is what I said back in the first post I made yesterday that started this whole ruckus?:
"And I am sure your neice is a wonderful young lady, I am just commenting on a couple of the choices she made."
I never said she was immorral, I never said President Uchtdorf hung out with loose women, all I said was that she was wearing shorts that were contrary to "For the Strength of Youth", which is a publication that every young man and woman in the church has recieved and been instructed in. It strains credulity that someone would consider those shorts appropriate. I know that our kids want to wear fashionable clothing, but a lot of todays fashions are not compatible with the gospel. If someone is wearing skin tight clothing on the BYU campus, well, they shouldn't.
My daughter was a young teen during the period when the fashion was short tees and low rise jeans, leaving an exposed middriff inevitable. She had to buy boys tee shirts to stay covered up. And she looked just fine, dressed to be attractive but always within standards. When she went through the temple, she did not have to get rid of any of her clothing because it didn't cover her garments. The young ladies in the picture could not say the same.
So if you want to consider me an old pervert or a pharisee, you have that right. I did not nor do I cast aspersions on the personal morality of either of the young ladies, but written standards are written standards. I'm not going to apologize for pointing that out.
BTW, I showed the picture to four coworkers in my office this morning. All four had two reactions: "Isn't that President Uchtdorf?" and "Boy, those shorts are short" Not a big sample size, but the verdict was unanimous.
