I don't even buy that either.

There are plenty of medical schools and even residencies that have world health initiatives. Considering that start-to-finish training of a physician takes at minimum 7 years it'd seem really short-sighted (if not naive) to me to open a medical school with goals of worldwide healthcare providers.
