I've been to a city council meeting when they were looking at rezoning a plot of land in our neighborhood.
Basically the only people there in support of rezoning was the developer, the seller, and a few rezoning supporters who all happened to live in American Fork (yet here they are at a Draper City council meeting).
After 2 hours of opposition to rezoning, the council said "well, this is too tough to decide tonight".
I have no faith that Draper leadership cares what the residents want.
