Well I guess I'm just a horrible jaded person after having homeless family members
from drug use and seeing the problems they can cause. Between all of the constant stealing, bringing drugs around kids, the heartache their constant selfish acts become to those around them, and them seeming to only care about one thing and their life and that's drugs-- I now have a view that homeless can negatively impact an area.
