what about single moms? Wouldn't we be better off putting single moms near 123rd? They would be within walking
distance of a couple of hundred low skilled jobs. Their kids would have great church leaders who could provide mentorship/service/love. Their kids would be in good schools where most kids will be determined/expected to succeed?
