Draper proposes two spots for homeless shelters. #1 Where prison is now and and #2 Southeast of i-15 off 146000 south.
Doesn't make a lot of sense to me regarding the planned development from an economic standpoint for the area going forward. But what do I know?

Why doesn't Utah just say "sorry, we do not have any homeless shelters. We do, however, have free bus tickets to CA."
