as a person who has lived across the street from a homeless shelter I find myself distinctly qualified to say that I
wouldn't mind one bit if more homeless shelters were built in Draper.

I applaud the move of the Stake President who just reorganized the ward boundaries in our stake. One ward was predominately made up of apartments and a trailer park. He split the boundaries so that each of the more established wards took either more apartments or trailer homes into their boundaries. Assimilating these people into more established wards will produce miracles. A similar thing would occur if residents of a homeless shelter were properly assimilated into a strong Draper stake.
