Because it wasn't a big deal I never really dived into the details. I just looked it up online and they didn't provide
housing there. It was a "drop in center" - this means that staff was there to find places for people to sleep that night, provide counseling, etc.

They also had a twice a day soup kitchen that brought homeless from all over the city.

So while it didn't house people it did attract chronically homeless there daily.
