I agree that "get over it" isn't the best phrasing. I don't
think dropping it to just say "get help" works either though. I'm considering "push through that" or "stop fighting it" as a replacement for "get over it." I do believe people who are fighting accepting they need help do have to affirmatively make the decision to quit fighting it before they can get help. They won't accept help if others try to push it on them.

Suggestions on the best replacement for "get over it"?
