Already bought life insurance. I would like to get my weight down for
racquetball though. I'm a bit slower on the court. I could lose 25 lbs of fat. Ultimate goal is 15 lbs lighter but 5-10 lbs more muscle. 2/3/4/5 would be awesome. 300 bench, 400 squat, 500 deadlift weighing under 200 lbs 😉 210 right now.
