I'm going to adjust it a bit in a month, kinda combo of this and BLS. Squat and
DL with shoulder press Monday. Incline and regular bench with bent over rows and dumbbell rows day 2, maybe add pull ups. Arms and abs day 3. Repeat days 4-6 but probably less weight. Increase weight only once a week as gains will be much slower,
