These highlights are form Tanner's freshman year and the last fall scrimmage this year. In each set of videos, Tanners throwing motion ranges from the ball passing by near the top of his helmet or about 3 inches below the top, depending on the trajectory when leaving his hands. The ball tends to pass a little higher on the helmet on long, lofted throws.
There is virtually no difference in his stroke between his freshman year and now. He also seems to have lost no velocity on the ball either. What am I missing here?
