This is nothing new. He got some QB coaching this summer at QB Elite and they talked abou it too.
HE overstrides at times and doesn;t stand tall. That lowers his body and release.
But as mentioned it is more important where he delivers the ball to the receiver. Accuracy over release point. Some of the prettiest throwers were also crap QBs. Neither is indicative of QB ability.
