Respectfully disagree, from both a wholistic and season by season examination.
There is a "dip” of 0.7 less wins in the independent average as a whole. Is that statistically significant? Not sure that's a defensible position. And even then, can it be attributed to Bronco regressing as a head coach, or some other reasons? I would say it could be completely attributed to QB instability due to injury. John Beck and Max Hall were very durable. Riley Nelson and Taysom Hill, not as much. You could also attribute the "dip” to an increased difficulty in Strength of Schedule, both from the quality of the opponents themselves as well as the increase in travel, which has been proven to negatively impact football teams.

Additionally, bluecougar talks as if BYU's program was sliding under Bronco and that the wins were diminishing from season to season. That's not the case at all. It's not like Bronco won 11 games, 10 games, 9 games, 8 games, 7 games, 6 games. He actually improved his last season at BYU with 9 wins compared to winning 8 games the previous 3 seasons, with a backup QB for practically the entire season. Ask anyone and improving your win total from the previous season with a back up QB can only be considered a solid step forward in the right direction.

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter though. Bluecougar is determined to hate Bronco regardless of the facts and their context.
