I’m cautiously optimistic — I feel like overall the coaching and game-planning
and play-calling has improved week by week and is trending better than the last two seasons.
That said, I felt similarly to start the season last year and then it was a bit of a mess. Not 4-9 messy, but short of what we should have had with a team capable of winning at Arizona and Wisconsin early in the season.
Here’s to hoping we’re better this year. I think the talent is there to go at least 8-4, especially after seeing yesterday’s game.

He’s tried to pattern our offense after the yewts. Running, grind it out and then tough defense. We can’t be the yewts.
