I am not saying anything about military coaches...
I'm saying leadership (coaches) in team sports is very similar to being a leader (officer) in the military.
Bronco is a true leader. He is out there with the boys, working hard, getting after it with them and they trust him. They love him, they play for him. He leads from the front. One of his players cannot look at him and doubt that Bronco does do everything he says he's going to do. Nor can they doubt that he wouldn't do anything he asks them to do.
That is the point. A leader needs to be able and willing to do everything he/she asks their people to do. That is why I agree with LDS coaches and the HC.
It may not be ideal, but just my opinion.
