I think they should be willing to tell kids to keep the honor code. And to just not get caught breaking the WoW
What the coaches do in their own time is their business

I do. Part of it is leadership. How can you expect your players/program to live up to something that you don't.

When it comes to HC, 18 year olds, and sports...they need a leader who is and has been in the trenches with them.
