I do. Part of it is leadership. How can you expect your players/program to live up to something that you don't.
The HC/Football Program leader, should be leading from the front. He should be 110% committed to the HC, BYU Policies, Church matters, etc. etc. etc. He has 0 credibility with the players if he doesn't.
That is leadership 101. When you lead an organization, you lead from the front.

I think they should be willing to tell kids to keep the honor code. And to just not get caught breaking the WoW

When it comes to HC, 18 year olds, and sports...they need a leader who is and has been in the trenches with them.
