According to your logic BYU is relegated to this position and has absolutely no control over their own fate. We are doomed to continue down this gentle spiral to D2 level football without any options. Great. That helps.

However, I happen to disagree. I do think BYU has something to offer. I do think BYU and it’s coaches and team can be relevant. I think that even with these recruits they can play better and become more than they were this year.

With this years schedule and after 4 games BYU had the chance to be ranked right now. Maybe not above Cinci or Memphis, but ranked right up there with them. But they failed. Not because of talent or because of missed recruiting efforts. Because of programmatic issues.

Fix those, beat Toledo/USF/SDSU and you will get better recruits.
