An odd mix I know but it's what we had in our freezer and we've been borrowing one of those multiple use appliances that includes sous vide so I thought we'd give it a shot.
For searing, I've basically got an indoor cooktop or a pellet grill, neither of which are great I know. No cast iron pan outdoor cooktop or anything like that. I'm sure some would say to not even bother but whatever. It's a hot day tomorrow though so maybe the pellet grill would work ok?
