You can’t get coast to coast pink on a cast iron. Gray banding no matter what

Sous vide eliminates gray banding completely. A quick seat and you’ve got edge to edge your desired temp.

132.5 degrees for 90 minutes then outdoor hot hot hot grill 1 minute max
