She's my fourth driver, and the first uh.... distracted driver. I put her in a car that I didn't think would get her killed and then monitored her closely. I drove with her a couple times a week and really coached her. Then I took the plunge and let her go. She's had a couple close calls, but she made TONS of progress once I gave her some leash.
