My dad told me that he was going to pay for my insurance costs of adding me
when I turned 16. And that it was expensive.
He then told me if I got a ticket or an accident that caused hi insurance to go up, that I'd pay the difference of the increase . That scared me to death because I didn't have a steady job in HS.
You could try that and if he can't pay for his mistakes, he loses the privilege. I've also heard that it takes the first accident to make someone a good driver.
