Honestly, most 16 year olds should not be driving. We should raise driving ages
in cities where alternative transit is available. It's kind of insanity if you think about it ... we give a 16 year old with an underdeveloped brain the keys to an 80 mph missile. If you are in a position to have them wait, then do it. Our 16 year old is waiting another year and gets around on an e-scooter.
