against two bad teams?
The reality is, BYU has a few very good players. Zack Wilson (assuming his improvement is real, and not solely due to inferior competition), Tonga, Milne, and (this may be stretch but based on his play against Houston) Wilcox. I may add an o-lineman or two, but there seems to be some continuity issues there, so who knows?
The fact is, BYU is having a good year so far, but the last two weeks they could have lost against teams that are clearly worse that Boise State. BYU certainly has the talent to win that game, but they have to be more consistent.
If Houston's special teams wasn't so horrific, they may well have won that game. BYU was clearly the better team, yet Houston still had a very good chance of winning, that is a problem.
