Regardless of whether they beat AFA, that game will beat Boise up.
They’re on the road and have to game plan for the triple option and those OL cutting them and running up the gut for 4 qtrs. AFA came out like the Navy team we thought we’d see in week 1. Best case for us would be Boise beats up USU, then eeks out a W at AFA and comes back a little beat up, having to game plan on a short week for BYU’s explosive offense. It will be challenging for them either way. I’m not ready to say that they lose at AFA, but I definitely could see it happening if they overlook AFA even just a little knowing BYU is coming the next week.

Every team looks pedestrian at times. BYU has elite players at key positions and great players around the field.
