0 percent. There's no way the B1G boots a charter member, especially the one with the most academic clout (including lots of alums in the media) and the nearest proximity to Chicago. And I don't think the B1G cares about the Cincinnati market when Ohio State commands the entire state. The reason the B1G didn't add Pitt when they could was that they already had Penn State and didn't need another Pennsylvania persence.
I don't think the SEC cares about the Memphis market--the last time they expanded they added the College Station, TX and Columbia, MO markets. They care about fans, and Memphis, Cincinnati, or Houston don't add large fanbases.
