It's certainly an upgrade for UNLV, no doubt and they should welcome it

But playing in a nearby NFL-quality stadium hasn't automatically turned other weak programs into contenders, so it seems overly optimistic to assume that will happen with UNLV.

It's a great thing for them, no doubt, it just seems like it's asking a lot.
