Other than a football team that used to be pretty good? They have a small stadium which they don't even fill. Their market is smallish. It's not particularly easy to travel to Boise and is definitely not a 'destination' location. Their overall sports program is not exceptional. Their academics are poor. Just not seeing the compelling reason to add them to any conference.

Personally, I'd go with SDSU or UNLV instead. They have many of the same issues but not quite as many and certainly more potential.
