My favorite bbq is Rodney Scott’s in Charleston. They cook whole hog over coals at the restaurant. Happened upon it a few years ago when we took a family trip to Charleston.
Snow’s in Lexington, TX is on my bucket list. I heard of it when I went there to have some dogs trained.
Funny enough, both of these places ended up being featured on Chef’s Table BBQ. I’m headed to KC in October and am excited to try some spots.
